The construction activities of OÜ BauEst include general contracting, project management and industrial and civil construction.

As a rule, we begin work much earlier than on the construction site. Quite often, we start our partnership from the planning and designing phases of a building. Since we also have a designer on our team, we can offer consultations and cooperation from the early stages of the project until the building is finished. We have also realised that some construction stages are best carried out with our own team. We have teams who we can trust for concrete work, general construction and finishing works.

We build on land, in water and on the waterfront

We have built on land, on the waterfront and even in water. With our help, many families now have new homes and several companies a pleasant working environment. Thanks to us, it is now possible to sail out from Roomassaare and Haapsalu; and in Tsirguliina and Sikassaar, there are no more power failures. Despite our long years of successful operations, we have not decided to rest on our laurels; rather we learn from every finished project in order to be the best partner for our clients and associates.

Our main areas of construction are: private residences and public buildings, office and commercial buildings, industrial buildings, engineering and technical buildings, hydraulic engineering and agricultural construction.
